痴呆患者脑脊液胆碱酯酶活性初步研究

用Ellman法测定了65例脑脊液(CSF)中胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性;发现正常人,脑梗塞患者CSF的ChE活性无差异;多梗塞性痴呆、混合性痴呆及Alzheimer病患者CSF中ChE活性显著降低。文章探讨了痴呆与中枢神经胆碱能系统的关系;CSF中ChE活性变化与痴呆不同病期及病种的关系,同时提出传统的多梗塞性痴呆的临床诊断标准值得进一步商榷。
