摘要：

出血转化(hemorrhagic transformation)是急性脑梗死危害最为严重的并发症之一,10%～30%的脑梗死患者在接受重组组织型纤溶酶原激活物(r-tPA)溶栓治疗后会发生不同程度的出血转化。高血压是出血转化的常见危险因素,但血压短期变异是否会增加溶栓治疗后出血转化风险尚不明确。本研究采用前瞻性队列方法,通过监测溶栓治疗后血
