摘要：

既有文献通过交易成本视角、组织间关系视角、社会网络视角、资源与知识视角、能力视角、产业环境视角、政策环境视角对企业协同创新进行论述,本文在梳理、整合经典理论的基础上。提出了移动互联网情境下协同创新理论的深化方向与探索路径。
