本文从芒德尔教授著名的贸易与投资替代模型出发 ,在原有的理论框架内 ,通过对国际直接投资的动机差异、行业差别、东道国政策、出口商品结构和工业结构、技术创新等动态因素的引入和分析 ,探讨了经济全球化中国际贸易与国际直接投资的新型关系
