不同剂量沐舒坦对肺癌术后患者的肺保护效果探讨

摘要：

目的观察与研究肺癌患者行肺叶切除术后分别应用大剂量与小剂量沐舒坦治疗的肺保护效果,并初步探讨其机制。方法选取2010年9月至2011年2月在天津市胸科医院胸外科行手术治疗的90例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象。患者被随机分成大剂量组和小剂量组,每组45例。两组患者在术后行常规抗感染以及营养支持等综合治疗的基础上,大剂量组给予沐舒坦990mg/d持续静脉泵入,小剂量组给予300mg/d持续静脉泵入,连续5d。比较两组患者术后第1、3、5天的C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)以及中性粒细胞绝对值(ANC)的水平有无差异。结果两组患者CRP、TNF-α以及ANC水平在术后第1、3天差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),大剂量组患者CRP、TNF-α以及ANC水平在术后第5天均显著低于小剂量组(P<0.05)。结论肺叶切除术后应用大剂量沐舒坦治疗有助于较快减轻肺部的炎性反应。
