摘要：

本文在文献梳理的基础上,从创业绩效研究的理论视角以及创业绩效影响因素、测量指标和测评方法等方面对已有创业绩效研究进行了系统述评,展现了创业绩效研究目前的基本态势,剖析了现有研究仍存在的不足,尝试性地构建了一个创业绩效研究整合框架,最后针对现有研究仍存在的不足对未来研究进行了简要展望。
