基于整合视角的供应链社会责任价值创造机理研究

摘要
从供应链整合的视角分析供应链社会责任的价值创造机理,发现供应链社会责任的价值创造性体现在两个方面:一是供应链社会责任整合产生的协同效应;二是社会责任水平提高而带来的社会责任收益。基于此,建立相应的系统动力学仿真模型,仿真结果指出供应链社会责任整合能够创造价值,并且整合力度与供应链企业的社会责任履行水平及社会责任净收益服从倒U型关系;供应链上的利益补偿对弱势企业的社会责任履行水平、社会责任净收益具有正影响,对其强势企业的社会责任履行水平、社会责任净收益具有负影响,但是对整个供应链而言,利益补偿增进了整体的净收益。
