摘要：

为了使供应链达到协同,提出了利润共享与买回契约组合而成的新型混合契约,并用该契约对单供应商-单零售商,以及单供应商-多零售商组成的两级供应链模型进行了协同分析,整个分析过程采用了Stackel-berg博弈理论,其中供应商作为领导者,零售商作为跟随者。分析结果和数值实例说明,混合契约可以使供应商与零售商协同,并使供应链渠道总利润最大化。
