脑卒中后骨折的研究进展

摘要：

近年,脑卒中后骨折的发生率逐年升高,脑卒中后第1年骨折的发生率为3%～4%。脑卒中后骨折高发的主要原因是卒中后骨质疏松的发生以及卒中患者易向偏瘫侧跌倒。口服维生素D、钙剂、双磷酸盐等药物预防骨质疏松,口服维生素B12与叶酸降低同型半胱氨酸水平,预防跌倒,卒中后应用髋骨骨折保护装置等可减少骨折的发生。
