摘要：

本文在国际资本流动的背景下,考察了外商投资对东道国环境质量的影响,其中外商投资的环境效应取决于规模效应与收入效应的综合作用。我们论证了在环境质量满足正常商品假设的一般情形下,外商投资对东道国当地环境的影响具有倒U型曲线关系,其中外商投资的部门流向具有重要作用。
