影响中国外商直接投资溢出效应的行业特征

摘要：

本文利用我国制造业 84个四位码行业的数据 ,引入了“内外资企业能力差距”的概念 ,将“企业规模差距”、“资本密集度差距”以及“技术差距”一同作为影响外商直接投资行业内溢出效应的行业要素进行了经验研究。研究结果表明 ,当内外资企业的能力差距较小时 ,有助于溢出效应的产生。
