摘要：

创业学习对于创业者成功解决在创建新企业过程中面临的机会识别和资源获取两大问题具有重要的意义。但目前,学者们并没能就创业学习的内涵以及与创业学习相关的重要问题达成共识,这在很大程度上阻碍了相关研究的发展。本文在文献梳理的基础上,明确界定了创业学习研究所涉及的三个主要概念——创业学习、创业知识和学习方式,通过梳理创业学习的研究脉络发现创业学习研究遵循个体学习过程—机会或资源开发这一研究思路演进,并对不同视角的研究进行了总结和评价,最后针对现有研究所存在的不足构建了一个创业学习研究框架,并对未来相关研究进行了简要展望。
