摘要：

文章使用健康经济学的分析方法对我国当前医疗保障水平的总体状况及结构特征进行了描述性分析,并对该水平与经济运行其他因素的关系进行了相关分析,以为我国医疗保障制度改革"低水平,广覆盖"的目标寻找理论依据,最后提出了确定我国适度医疗保障水平的一些标准。
