产学研合作网络对学研机构科研团队学术绩效的影响路径研究

摘要：

以嵌入在产学研合作网络的学研机构科研团队为研究对象,探讨其学术绩效与产学研合作网络之间的影响机理,发现产学研合作网络对学术绩效存在两条影响路径:(1)产学研合作网络通过非线性(倒U型)方式作用于探索性学习,然后探索性学习再以线性(正向)方式作用于学术绩效;(2)产学研合作网络通过线性(正向)方式作用于开发性学习,然后开发性学习再以非线性(倒U型)方式作用于学术绩效。
