组织中为什么缺乏抑制性进言?

摘要
在企业管理实践中,管理者不可避免地会出现或大或小的错误,即时纠正这些错误对于企业的正常运作和效率至关重要。然而,很少有员工敢于向上级提出抑制性进言,以至于组织中许多问题无法得到及时纠正,最终对组织的功能运作造成了危害。本研究采用冲突回避的研究框架,探讨员工为什么避免向上级提出抑制性进言。对于189名来自企业的工作人员的研究发现,受到文化传统和组织氛围的影响,员工具有关注表面和谐和遵循权力距离的倾向,这使得他们对于进谏的结果持有负面预期,导致他们在与上级意见不一致时不愿说出自己的想法。这些研究结果有助于理解中国企业或组织中为何缺乏有效的沟通,并对于如何改变这种状况、实现组织创新具有现实意义。
