摘要：

知识链运行过程潜藏着知识共享不足、知识转移融合不良、知识转型升级定位不准等风险。控制风险机制建设具体表现为和谐共融、共溶的共享机制,快速传递机制,可持续运行机制。而根据机制运行的内在逻辑性,要推动联盟内知识链运行的效益最大化,战略联盟是产学研知识创新联盟最好的模式。在战略联盟内知识创新专家的作用不能停止在知识链的中游,而应贯穿在知识链运行的全过程,直接参与知识链的下游—市场端运作。
