摘要：

<正>随着影像学、导管技术及材料科学的迅猛发展,血管内介入技术在脑血管病中的应用还将不断扩展。缺血性脑血管病介入治疗主要是指急性脑梗死超早期动脉溶栓和取栓技术以及颅内外动脉狭窄血管成形术和支架置入技术[1-3]。该项技术对缺血性脑血管病的防治起到了重要作用,是缺血性脑血管病治疗发展史中的一个重要里程碑。1缺血性脑血管病介入治疗相关指南目前国际上尚无专门针对缺血性脑血管病介入
