转型情景下企业合法性与绿色绩效的关系研究

摘要：

绿色转型作为中国乃至世界经济转型的重要话题受到越来越多的关注。该研究在制度理论和利益相关理论基础上,分析了转型背景下企业合法性对绿色绩效的影响。研究发现转型情境下,商业合法性和政府合法性都对绿色绩效存在显著的促进作用。但是,制度不确定和竞争不确定程度的提高会加强商业合法性的促进作用而降低政府合法性的促进作用。
