摘要：

本文通过投入产出法测度ICT对其他部门的生产影响和技术溢出作用,发现ICT制造业对其他部门具有较强的推动作用,但整体经济对ICT制造业的拉动作用在2010年发生显著下降,ICT制造业对其他部门的技术溢出主要发生在设备制造业,对传统部门的溢出和融合尚待提升,ICT服务业对其他部门的影响力和感应度均较弱。推动ICT和其他部门的融合,发挥ICT的信息基础设施和通用技术作用,对实现工业信息化、产业结构升级和提升国家创新能力具有重要意义。
