考虑自贸区的再制造物流网络设计

摘要：

在中国(上海)自由贸易试验区成立的背景下,研究"两头在外"模式对跨国企业在我国设立再制造中心的影响。考虑自贸区在进口关税、海关绩效、货运及时性等方面对再制造产业的影响,通过动态定价反映企业对废旧产品的回收率,以网络运营收益和物流绩效指数为目标构建模型来研究企业的回收决策以及具体的网络布局。通过求解模型可以发现,单纯从网络运营收益考虑,即使取消"两头在外"模式的限制,企业依然会将再制造中心设立在自贸区外;随着物流绩效指数所占权重的增加,取消"两头在外"模式的限制不但会使再制造中心向自贸区内转移,而且会显著提升其产业规模。
