摘要：

本文从荷兰社会住房租赁市场百年发展史着手,介绍荷兰社会住房的历史和现状及其特点,并详细探讨荷兰社会住房租赁价格制定的目标群体、分配制度、租金管制及补贴政策,对建立我国的保障性住房的租金管理制度具有一定的借鉴意义。
