基于DEA视窗和SFA的中国区域研发创新效率对比研究

摘要：

本文以2007-2012年我国30个省市的面板数据为基础,采用DEA视窗和SFA测算了各省市的研发创新效率,并运用配对样本T检验和Spearman相关系数对两种方法测算的效率进行对比。结果表明:我国研发创新效率东部地区最高,西部次之,中部整体偏低,发明专利在转化过程中存在着一定的效率损失;两种方法测量的效率值之间存在显著差异,DEA视窗测算效率值高于SFA测算效率值,但后者的测算结果更加稳定,二者在研发创新排序上具有高度的一致性。
