摘要：

本文将人力资本、外国直接投资(FDI)与经济增长纳入统一的框架内进行探讨,从理论上论述了人力资本与外国直接投资的互动关系和作用的传导机制、人力资本与外国直接投资的互补性在溢出效应产生、吸收中的重要作用,厘清人力资本—外国直接投资—经济增长的循环机制。
