社区脑卒中三级预防工作模式探讨

摘要：

近几年国家加大了社区医疗的建设,心脑血管病的防治是其中的重点。脑卒中病死率高,存活患者多存留偏瘫、失语等严重影响生活质量的残疾,因此,对血管已有基础性病变的人群应及早筛查出病因及病变程度,并给予适当的干预,即脑卒中的二、三级预防。本文对社区脑卒中三级预防的工作模式作一综述。
