重视心血管疾病新危险因素高同型半胱胺酸血症的防治

摘要：

高同型半胱氨酸血症是心血管病新的危险因素,与心脑血管疾病发生和发展有着十分密切关系,特别是我国高血压患者伴有同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)增高占75%,此称为"H型高血压"。其发生机制与机体去甲基四氢叶酸还原酶活性下降的遗传因素有关。合理应用依那普利叶酸片是治疗H型高血压有效的方法 ,并能降低心脑血管疾病事件发生。
