老年“双抗”患者的胃黏膜损害及其保护策略

摘要：

由于老年心脑血管病患者日益增多,应用双联抗血小板治疗(简称"双抗")的老年人也越来越多,从而使"双抗"引起的胃黏膜损害成为常见的临床问题,"双抗"患者的胃黏膜保护已成为多学科关注的热点。老年人胃黏膜屏障退化,其所承受的损伤或侵袭因素更多、更重,故"双抗"导致的胃黏膜损害也更常见、危害更大,其胃黏膜保护策略也与中青年患者有所不同。本文就上述内容作简要综述。
