摘要：

各种TRIMs对贸易和发展的效果是不相同的 ,国际社会予以禁止的应是那些对贸易具有严重扭曲和限制作用的TRIMs。对《TRIMs协议》第 2条及其附录的规定在解释和适用上应从严把握 ,防止不适当的扩大化。除协议附录中明确列举的 5种TRIMs外 ,原则上不应将协议的禁止性规定扩及到其他的TRIMs。我国加入世界贸易组织后 ,必须调整有关的法律与法规 ,使其与《TRIMs协议》相一致
