摘要：

Since the1990s,the cooperative development of Mekong River basin has been surging up.Now many mechanisms have been established,which operate together,and the development in some fields has also achieved substantial progress.The cooperative development of its valley has become a hotspot that attracts the attention of the whole world.In this case,what countermeasures Laos should make according to its own development requirements in the process of the Mekong de-velopment is the theme and objective of this paper.
