80岁及以上急性脑梗死患者小剂量阿替普酶静脉溶栓分析

摘要：

<正>对于18～80岁急性脑梗死患者在治疗时间窗内给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗安全和有效。但是,对年龄≥80岁患者溶栓并发出血风险增高和预后差,几个标志性的组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tPA)溶栓大规模临床试验均排除或仅纳入很少的80岁以上急性脑梗死患者。目前对于年龄≥80岁的急性脑梗死患者,是否应给予tPA溶栓治疗仍有争论。我们对应用小剂量tPA静脉溶栓治疗年龄≥80岁急性脑梗死患者发病时间在4.5h内有静脉溶栓适应证而无溶栓治疗的急性脑梗
