摘要：

<正>临床上常可遇见颈部搏动性肿块的患者,除大部分患者被诊断为颈动脉瘤外,有一部分患者通过各种辅助检查确诊为颈动脉扭曲。颈动脉扭曲是指颈动脉的过度弯曲,常呈"S"形或"C"形。随着诊断技术的提高,在临床诊治过程中此类患者并不罕见,但相关文献却很少,本文通过复习文献介绍有关颈动脉扭曲的诊治情况。
