网状Meta分析相关术语和定义的研究

摘要：

目的:基于系统评价,探讨研究网状Meta分析(NMA)的术语和定义。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、EMBASE、Web of Science和the Cochrane library,时间检索范围为从各数据库建库至2014年2月26日。对所收集NMA的相关术语及其定义进行筛选,提取并对其进行对比分析,进而筛选最佳的术语和定义。结果:在收集NMA、间接比较、混合治疗效应、相似性、一致性和证据图等术语和定义基础上,重新定义调整间接比较、混合治疗效应、NMA和一致性。NMA为基于多个研究分析两个以上干预措施之间的间接比较结果(主要是调整间接比较)或者直接比较结果与间接比较结果的合并结果(混合治疗效应)的Meta分析。调整间接比较和混合治疗效应是NMA的两种特殊类型。结论:尽管本文系统研究了当前所有关于NMA的术语和定义,并进行了重新定义,但是仍需要大量研究来验证这些定义的全面性,以及这些术语的应用范围。
