缺血性卒中后癫痫发作危险因素的临床分析

摘要：

目的:探讨缺血性卒中后癫痫发作的危险因素及临床特点以指导临床干预,进行合理治疗,改善预后。方法:缺血性卒中后继发癫痫发作组47例,未继发癫痫发作组50例,回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料,先对资料进行单因素分析,然后进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:单因素分析显示缺血性卒中类型、病灶部位、神经功能缺损评分(NIH Stroke Scacle,NIHSS)与卒中后癫痫发作有显著的相关性;多因素Logistic回归分析显示缺血性卒中亚型为心源性脑栓塞(OR=5.519,P=0.048)、病灶在皮质(OR=0.263,P=0.006)、NIHSS高(OR=0.873,P=0.046)3个因素为缺血性卒中后癫痫发作的危险因素。结论:具有缺血性卒中亚型为心源性脑栓塞、病灶部位在皮质、NIHSS高等因素的缺血性卒中患者易继发癫痫发作。
