国外公共危机信息管理研究述评

摘要：

自20世纪90年代以来,公共危机信息管理日益成为公共危机管理的研究热点。本文以Web of Science收录期刊的1672篇文献为分析样本,采用文献计量分析方法,得出国际上公共危机信息管理领域研究的一般状况,包括文献量增长、核心作者、主要研究机构。通过知识图谱分析,得出公共危机信息管理研究形成了五个核心知识区域或研究范畴,即信息技术在危机管理中的应用、社区减灾信息管理、风险信息沟通、单灾种灾害应对信息管理、环境风险信息监测及应急医学信息学。国际公共危机信息管理研究具体有六个热点主题:地理信息系统、信息技术在危机管理中的应用、危机管理中的信息共享与协作、社区减灾信息管理、风险地图以及风险沟通。
