摘要：

和肽素是精氨酸加压素(AVP)前段的羟基肽部分,作为AVP的部分活性片段,具有易保存、易检测等优点,其在血浆中的变化趋势与AVP一样,可作为检测AVP的替代物。研究表明,和肽素作为一种新型的标志物,在疾病的临床诊断、预后判断等方面具有一定优势。尤其是对急性心肌缺血和梗死的诊断和晚期心力衰竭的预后判断。
