摘要
本文利用一个具有独创性的数据研究了企业家满意度的决定因素。本文的主要发现是:如果企业家认为政府干预造成企业负担越来越重,企业家可能更不满意,但如果企业负担越来越轻却不显著影响企业家满意度。这一发现是与心理经济学中的"损失规避"理论一致的。本文还发现,更高的收入和教育水平都增加企业家满意度,年龄与企业家满意度之间的关系是倒U型的,而企业家的性别、婚姻状况和户籍性质都不显著影响企业家满意度。
