摘要：

This paper has clarified the event strategic significance of realizing sustaining development of mankind for forest tire prevention,and then further in fronded the technology of in fared remote sensing in satellite of MKDIS for forest fire prevention at the basic of having brief in production for "3S"(RS,GIS and GPS),and put out the technical improving methods of Kohonen fuzzy neural network and data fashion to the deficiency.
