高校中政府研发补贴对企业研发投入的影响分析

摘要：

构建理论模型分析高校中政府R&D补贴对企业R&D投入的影响,并基于我国分地区19982012年人文社科类高校和理工农医类高校R&D经费内部支出数据,采用一阶差分动态面板GMM估计方法进行实证检验。理论分析结果表明,政府R&D补贴通过工资率提升和知识溢出两条路径影响企业投入,最终产生补充效应或挤出效应;实证分析结果表明,两类高校中政府R&D补贴对企业R&D投入都会产生显著的正向影响,985和211高校有利于吸引企业R&D投入。
