摘要：

20世纪 90年代以来 ,日本跨国公司在华直接投资业绩呈下降趋势 ,造成这一现象的原因可以归结为宏观和微观两个方面 :宏观因素有经济形势、市场状况等的影响 ;微观因素包括控制权扩大、日方经理人员增加以及在华经营时间缩短等。尽管如此 ,跨国公司在华的投资前景仍十分乐观 ,他们在华投资的热情空前高涨。本文希望以日本跨国公司为鉴 ,对各国跨国公司在华的经营管理有所启示。
