摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有良好的自我更新和多向分化能力,在促进血管生成、修复组织损伤中发挥着重要作用。旁分泌是MSCs发挥作用的主要途径。外泌体是一类由真核细胞分泌的细胞外微囊泡,是MSCs旁分泌活动的一种重要方式。本文对MSCs外泌体调控血管生成机制的研究进展做一综述。
