企业高层管理团队特征对战略决策的影响

摘要：

根据TMT特征相关理论,提出了TMT特征对战略决策影响的假设模型,通过对民营企业的调查发现,TMT平均任期、平均教育水平对战略决策的准确性、速度和成本均有显著影响,TMT成员的平均年龄对决策的速度没有显著性影响,TMT成员的任期异质性对战略决策的准确性也没有显著的影响。
