国际化程度与企业绩效关系实证研究综述

摘要：

近三十年来,国内外学者在不断探索企业国际化程度衡量方法的基础上,对国际化程度与企业绩效间的关系进行了大量的实证研究。研究结论包括两者呈正向线性、负向线性、倒U形、U形以及水平S形曲线等多种关系形态,这表明,国际化对企业绩效的作用还取决于企业的能力与资源、国际化战略等情境因素。
