摘要：

本文针对小企业未来研究的方向提出多个视角,通过讨论小企业创业与创新研究中的独特议题,将多少有些宽泛的小企业研究进一步细化。本文就以下问题展开了讨论:(1)理论建构过程中存在的问题及其前景;(2)理论建构性研究所面临的机遇;(3)通过研究小企业社会责任问题建构理论的研究前沿;(4)技术创业研究的未来发展方向。文末以"展望未来"做结,以期更多创新性、启发性研究的出现,从而保持小企业管理研究在学术研究中的中心位置。
