摘要
"体液活检"是近些年恶性肿瘤研究的热点,肿瘤细胞外泌体因携带其"母体"肿瘤细胞的部分功能性蛋白及基因,介导信息传递、参与调控机体的生理功能及病理状态在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着重要作用,并作为肿瘤液态活检的一种新途径。本文旨在对外泌体的结构、生物特性和检测方法在恶性肿瘤发生发展及临床诊断治疗中的作用进行综述。
