摘要：

白三烯 (LTS)是花生四烯酸 (AA)经 5 脂氧合酶 (5 LO)途径代谢的产物 ,是支气管哮喘发病过程中重要的炎症介质。其可促进炎性细胞在气道的聚集 ,引起气道平滑肌收缩、粘液分泌增加及血管通透性增加 ,促进气道重塑 ,引起气道高反应性。抗白三烯类药物治疗哮喘已广泛应用于临床实践
