摘要：

<正>随着社会发展、人民生活水平提高,心脑血管疾病发病率逐年升高。血脂异常是导致动脉粥样硬化的主要因素之一,与冠心病、高血压、脑卒中等疾病密切相关,因此,调脂药物已广泛应用于临床。目前应用最多的调脂药是羟甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂(他汀)。他汀类药物拥有共同的药效基团,即二羟基庚酸基团,它对抑制HMG-CoA还原酶活性是必需的。
