摘要
在社会化媒体时代,仅仅依靠传统的公关和营销活动已无法满足消费者日益增长的信息需求,内容营销作为一种相对较新的营销模式受到许多企业的青睐,营销商纷纷转向社会化媒体平台来传播品牌内容。内容营销是通过创建和分享有价值的内容来吸引客户,将潜在客户转变成实际客户,将普通客户转变成忠实客户的营销活动,它能够帮助企业留住老客户、开发新客户并将企业打造成强势品牌。
