摘要：

许多研究表明,制度质量对一国金融开放效应有重要影响。本文系统总结了近年来国内外学者的相关实证和理论研究,归纳了制度质量影响金融开放效应的主要表现,分析了制度质量作用的主要机制,并提出我国金融开放背景下加强制度建设的政策建议:以制度建设促进公共管理效率提升,防止和减少腐败;加大产权保护力度,完善相关法律制度;加快金融法制建设,鼓励金融创新,保持与国际条约和惯例相衔接。
