摘要：

传统观点认为,恶劣的制度环境会增加交易成本,弱化东道国吸引FDI的能力;跨国公司通过对外直接投资需要获得必要的生产规模并积累相当的竞争优势。但本文的研究结果表明,重视关系网络、利用制度缺陷是南方国家跨国公司区别于北方国家跨国公司所有权优势的一个重要特点;南方国家在经济转型过程中存在的各种制度缺陷是南方国家跨国公司可以发挥其特有优势的重要来源;进入国际市场时,南方国家跨国公司并未遵循"先易后难"式渐进策略。
