摘要：

本文采用萤光光度法对11例肿瘤患者静脉冲入表阿霉素后作了血药浓度测定及药代动力学分析。以平均一次剂量45.4mg/m2表阿霉素静脉冲入后,其中10例患者药代动力学特征符合二室模型,1例符合三室模型。以非房室模型分析方法估算出的11例患者主要药代动力学参数为:AUC（mg·h/1）0.3597—2.2403,MRT（hr）28.33—112.76,VRT（hr）1328.08—15999.5,CL（l/min）19.047—147.053,t1/2（hr）19.63—78.14,Vss（l/m2） 2040.6—4746.9。
