摘要：

本文在梳理国外相关文献的基础上,回顾了组织敏捷性理论研究的兴起背景,总结了国外学者对组织敏捷性的各种定义,分析了现有研究中提出的组织敏捷性分析框架,对组织敏捷性的各种衡量指标进行了述评,并且分析了组织敏捷性相关的实证研究结果,最后对组织敏捷性的总体研究现状进行了评价。
